Senior Director of Business Development

Elliot currently leads Smashburger’s Non-Traditional development team. He joined Smashburger in 2011 and has worked on both the Operations and Real Estate teams. Previously, Elliot operated restaurants for Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises in Chicago, IL. He managed Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab, Osteria Via Stato, and M Burger restaurants. Elliot received an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis. Elliot lives in Denver with his wife Sara, son Walt, and dog Murphy and spends his free time hiking and playing tennis.
