Fast-casual restaurant Smashburger, will open its seventh Houston location on February 3, 2010 at 10850 Louetta Road in Vintage Lakes.
Named for the cooking method used to create the perfect Smashburger, each one-third or half-pound one hundred percent fresh-not-frozen Angus beef burger is smashed on a flat grill to sear in the juices. To further the better burger experience, Smashburgers are placed on a toasted artisan bun and topped with a selection of real cheeses, the freshest produce and top-quality condiments.
The restaurant also serves delicious Smashchicken, Smashdogs and Smashsalads, with sides like veggie frites and rosemary and garlic-seasoned Smashfries. Diners can also enjoy Häagen-Dazs shakes, root beer floats, beer and wine with their meal.
Headquartered in Denver, Colo., Smashburger is a fast-casual restaurant designed to be every citys favorite burger place. Developed and owned by private equity and concept development firm Consumer Capital Partners (CCP), Smashburger is engaged in the development of company and joint venture partner store development. In addition, Smashburger has sold franchise agreements totaling 200-plus locations over the next five years. The company, joint venture and franchise development deals are part of Smashburgers national expansion plan to open 500 restaurants across the country.
