Plymouth and Roseville the Next Locales for Minnesotas Favorite Burger Place
(TWIN CITIES, MINN.) Determined to become every citys favorite burger place, Smashburger® is expanding its metro presence this August with locations in Plymouth and Roseville. The restaurant has had great success with its existing Minnesota restaurants in St. Anthony and Golden Valley. Smashburger is leading the better-burger market with its one hundred percent- fresh never frozen- Angus beef Smashburgers that are smashed and seared on a hot grill. Burger lovers can look forward to the following additions to the Minnesota Smashburger roster:
Opening August 26, 2009
3225 Vicksburg Lane North
Plymouth, MN 55447
Opening August 19, 2009
2100 North Snelling Avenue, Suite 65A
Roseville, MN 55113
The response to our first two Minnesota restaurants has been overwhelmingly positive. Were excited to bring two more locations to the metro area and share our Twin Cities Smashburger with burger lovers here, says Tom Ryan, founder of Smashburger and managing partner and chief concept officer of Consumer Capital Partners (CCP), the investment firm behind Smashburger.
Known for the cooking method used to create the perfect burger, Smashburgers are a one-third or half-pound ball of beef smashed on a flat grill to sear in delicious juicy flavor. To further the better burger experience, Smashburgers are served on a toasted artisan bun and topped with a selection of real cheeses, the freshest produce, and top-quality condiments.
Minnesota diners can choose a signature burger such as the Classic Smashburger, the All American Smashburger, the BBQ, Bacon Swiss Smashburger or the Twin Cities Smashburger. They also can create their own perfect Smashburger with unique and top-quality toppings like artisan buns, real cheeses, signature sauce and seasoning, garlic sautéed mushrooms, haystack onions or even a fried egg. Smashburger also serves up delicious Smashchicken sandwiches, Smashdogs, and Smashsalads, with sides like veggie frites and rosemary and garlicseasoned Smashfries. Burger lovers can pair their meals with local beer, wine, Häagen–Dazs shakes, and root-beer floats.
We are on our way to becoming Minnesotas favorite burger place, and we cant wait to bring better burgers to Plymouth and Roseville, says Scott Crane, president of Smashburger.
