Sign up here on this page, simply click the “Sign Up” button, follow the prompts and enter your information.

Via the SmashClub App
Download the SmashClub app for Apple or Android. Once you open the app, you will be prompted to sign up by entering your information or via Facebook within the app.

You can earn points based on how much you spend during your visit to Smashburger for all items excluding alcohol purchases. Points are awarded based on the subtotal of the order rounded up. For each $1 spent, you will get 10 points. These will be posted to your account upon completion of your purchase in real time. The more points you save, the bigger the reward you can spend them on!

In order to redeem points, you must be a registered SmashClub member. If you are not, please visit the Smashburger website or download the Smashburger mobile app and register today!

To redeem points for rewards to use in-store or online:

  • Log into your account on the website or mobile app and select the “Shop Rewards” button. From this screen, you are able to use points towards rewards of your choice. When you are done, click on “Yes” to confirm and the chosen items will automatically be loaded onto your account and ready to redeem in-store or online within 60 days. These points will be deducted from the account total. You will receive a confirmation email when your chosen items have been loaded onto your account.
  • To redeem items in your account, tell your cashier that you would like to use a reward.  Note: Rewards for a free item do not cover modifications. For example, if you would like to add mushrooms to your Classic Smash Reward, you would need to pay for that add-on.

Log in to your account online or on our mobile app and select “Shop Rewards” where you will find a list of offers.

Points do not expire; however, when point balance reaches 3,000, your points will automatically be converted to a $20 reward.

Each reward has an expiration date listed in “My Balance”.

Once you have selected a reward, you will receive an email notification and see rewards in “My Balance.”

Yes, you will get credit for orders placed through our website while signed into the SmashClub Rewards program, as well as any orders you place on our Smashburger app. For the time being, only one reward can be used per online order.

If you forget to scan, just make sure to get a copy of the small slip of paper printed after your receipt. This will have a code printed on it that you can enter within the SmashClub App by clicking “Forgot Visit Code” located in the profile & settings section or on the Smashburger website to retroactively add your points.

The code on the receipt will expire in 7 days.

Your points for shopping will stay the same. Total points accrued this year will be reset to zero. Points in the “Total Points Accrued This Year” section are used at the close of each year before they are reset to determine the status of next year. Example: You have 5,000 points in the “Total Points Accrued This Year” section at the end of the year on December 31st. In this case, this means you will begin the start of the new year as a Platinum member, with 0 points in the “Total Points Accrued This Year” section.
