Sign up here on this page, simply click the “Sign Up” button, follow the prompts and enter your information.

Via the SmashClub App
Download the SmashClub app for Apple or Android. Once you open the app, you will be prompted to sign up by entering your information or via Facebook within the app.

You can earn points based on how much you spend during your visit to Smashburger for all items excluding alcohol purchases. For each $1 spend, you get 10 points. These will be posted to your account upon completion of your purchase in real time. The more points you save, the bigger the reward you can spend them on!

  • Reaching Gold or Platinum status is based on spend:
    • Gold Status Qualifications:
      • $100-$499 Annual Spend
    • Platinum Status Qualifications:
      • $500+ Annual Spend
  • Status is reset at the start of the year based on the points you have earned, amount spent, & visits accrued in the previous year
  • In order to earn points, you must be a registered SmashClub member.
  • To spend points for free products:
    • Log into your account on the website or mobile app and select the “Shop Rewards” button. From this screen, you are able to use points towards rewards of your choice. When you are done, click on “Yes” to confirm and the chosen items will automatically be loaded onto your account and ready to redeem within 60 days. These points will be deducted from the account total.
  • To Redeem:
    • In-Store: To redeem items in your account, tell your cashier that you would like to use a reward. You can either scan your QR code from the app at the register or provide the cashier with your account information so they may look you up in the system and apply the reward for you.
    • Online at Smashburger.com: Login to SmashClub Rewards before completing your purchase and apply the reward at checkout before payment
    • In the Smashburger App: After signing in to loyalty, click the reward you would like to use, press the “mobile order” button, and proceed to order OR you can apply any reward that is applicable before payment as they will appear on the checkout page for redemption.
  • Note: Rewards for a free item do not cover modifications. For example, if you would like to add mushrooms to your Classic Smashburger Reward, you would need to pay for that add-on.

Nope! No app, no problem! You can sign up at smashburger.com/smashclub. Here, you can also “shop” for rewards with your points so they are ready to redeem at register or online when you order.

Log in to your account online or on our mobile app and select “Shop Rewards” where you will find a list of offers.

Points do not expire; however, when point balance reaches 3,000, your points will automatically be converted to a $20 reward.

Each reward has an expiration date listed.

Once you have used points to shop for a reward, you will receive an email notification. You can also view all available rewards by clicking the loyalty tab in the Smashburger App.

Yes! You can get points for online orders! We do however, exclude aggregator orders such as GrubHub, DoorDash, UberEats, etc.

If you forget to scan, just make sure to get a copy of the small slip of paper printed after your receipt. This will have a code printed on it that you can enter within the SmashClub App by clicking “Forgot Visit Code” located in the profile & settings section or on the Smashburger website to retroactively add your points.

The code on the receipt will expire in 7 days.

  • Your points for shopping will stay the same.
  • Total points accrued this year will be reset to zero.
  • Total points accrued for the current year is used to determine the status level for the following year
