To redeem your gift card online, please visit order.smashburger.com add items to your cart, sign in or create an account if you would like us to save any remaining balances for future purchases.
In checkout, click add a new payment method, click Smashburger gift card and enter card number then pin number. Click save card to account to use for future purchases.
Check Your Gift Card Balance

Please note: Smashburger accepts physical or digital stored value on a gift card. Please present your physical gift card, your e-gift card on your mobile phone, or a printed copy of your e-gift card for redemption of your gift card at Smashburger locations.
Smash Cash
Redeemable in-store only. Not available online. Smash Cash may only be used for making purchases at participating Smashburger® restaurants. It cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. The value of this card will not be replaced if the card is damaged, lost, stolen, or in other manner becomes… smashed. Treat this card like cash. Notice to Customers
Smashburger has updated its App & Website to bring you new and exciting features. With this update to our online platform, we have removed all saved payments entered prior to September 13, 2022, including gift cards, previously added to your account. If you had a gift card saved to your account, we have sent a replacement e-gift card to your email account used to login. Please check your email for the updated gift card number and pin.
When you are ready to use this gift card, you can redeem through our online platforms within checkout or directly in participating restaurants by selecting “View my e-gift card” in the email and presenting the bar code at the restaurant. If you have any questions, please reach giftcards@smashburger.com.
Yes! Gift cards can be used online, in our app, or in-store.
Unfortunately, no. We no longer allow the ability to add a gift card to your account outside of checkout. However, once you enter the gift card in checkout you can save it to your account to use the remaining balance for future purchases. This applies to both online website and app. We continue to improve the experience and will be adding this feature back soon. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
