Specifically, Smashburger’s vendors use commercially efforts to avoid directly or indirectly engaging in, promoting, supporting, or facilitating human trafficking and slave labor. Employees and management failing to meet Smashburger standards regarding slavery and trafficking are subject to disciplinary action.
