Not valid in Quebec.  Offer available for in-store purchases only.  Offer is valid for a $5 single Smash® Burger (not including tax).  Protein substitutions for turkey or jack & annie’s™ patty available with offer.  Chicken and brisket protein substitutions excluded.  Must have qualifying item in cart for offer to be available.  Must have a valid Smashburger Rewards account (subject to terms and conditions) and be signed into the Rewards account to redeem offer.  Maximum one (1) $5 Classic Singles offer per customer per transaction.  Promotional offer must be presented at time of purchase.  Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.  No cash value, unless required by law, then cash value is $0.005.
