The terms and conditions below apply to your access to, and participation in, specific and limited time SmashRewards promotions offered by Smashburger® as part of its Rewards program in the United States (US) and Canada. A SmashRewards promotional offer is available to you only if it is displayed in your SmashRewards account. If a SmashRewards promotional offer is available in your SmashRewards account, then by participating in such offer, you agree that it will be subject to the terms and conditions below under the applicable heading. Each SmashRewards promotional offer will be subject to any time limitations or expiration dates displayed with such offer in your SmashRewards account. Offer valid 30 days from issue at US and Canada Smashburger retail locations participating in Smashburger Rewards program. Must have a valid Smashburger Rewards account (subject to terms and conditions) and be signed into the Rewards account to redeem offer. Offer to exchange Smashburger Rewards points for qualifying Smashburger menu items (not including tax) once requisite number of points in Rewards account has been earned for the specific item. Required points values to exchange for qualifying items are provided next to each item on the Smashburger website at?https://smashburger.com/smashrewards. Once Smashburger Rewards points are exchanged for item, customer must redeem item within thirty (30) days. After thirty (30) days has passed from the date points are exchanged, exchanged item is no longer redeemable. No refunds of original Smashburger Rewards points are available after points are exchanged for qualifying item. Maximum of one (1) offer per Rewards accountholder and one (1) offer per transaction.
